John Moody fell in love with ships when he was just a kid. His first effort in the ship construction world was in the year of a house in Swanwick.
In 1938, Moody decided to build a yacht. Since 2007, HanseYachts is creating the new standards in Moody tradition: the standard use of epoxy; technical innovations, such as using a 5-axis milling machine, and its individual cabin system.
Nowadays, Moody has achieved and excellent reputation with the expert sailors.
